Yueyue Zhang is a PhD Candidate in the School of Management at Radboud University. Her research focuses on the evolution of port cities, specifically, the port‐city integrated development and the port-city innovation ecosystem orchestration. Her PhD was funded by the China Scholarship Council. Her doctoral dissertation explores the reconnection of the port and the city based on port-city interface redevelopment, by comparing the Stadshavens (cityport) area in Rotterdam with the Baoshan port‐city interface in Shanghai. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Zhengzhou University, China and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Xinxiang University, China.
