Yueyue Zhang, Assistant Professor of Hainan Normal University. She has broad research interests in port city integration (the port-city governance scheme, industrial innovations, and innovation ecosystem orchestration), marine industry and digitalization, the Belt and Road Initiative, and comparative studies between China and Europe. Currently, her research focuses on the development of Free Tade Port and the land-sea coordination in Hainan, China. At the same time, I am cooperating with Tsinghua University on some projects related to the "Belt and Road". She has a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from Radboud University, the Netherlands. Her doctoral dissertation explored the reconnection of the port and the city based on port-city interface redevelopment, by comparing the Stadshavens (cityport) area in Rotterdam with the Baoshan port‐city interface in Shanghai. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Zhengzhou University, China and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Xinxiang University, China.
