Seyong Kim

Seyong Kim is an architect and urban planner currently pursuing a PhD at Delft University of Technology. He is affiliated with the Chair of History of Architecture and Urban Planning at TU Delft. His doctoral research examines the long-term production of spatial inequality in port cities, focusing on port–city governance and institutional change through the lenses of historical institutionalism and spatial justice.
