“Second‐tier Port Cities”, Delft University of Technology Urbanism Department, Section of Spatial Planning & Strategy

I hold a B.Eng. in Landscape Architecture from Weihenstephan‐Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences and finished my M.Sc. in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences, within the Track of Urbanism at Delft University of Technology in 2020. In September 2021, I started my PhD research on “Second‐tier Port Cities” at the Delft University of Technology Urbanism Department, Section of Spatial Planning & Strategy. I am interested in urban and territorial planning and focus on value-based approaches, looking into health and well-being in medium sized port cities, esp. in Europe. Furthermore, I am looking into space-based mapping of port city territories that goes beyond existing modelling approaches.
