TU Delft Faculty of Architecture, BG.OOST.490 / Zoom The thesis explores identity components (blue heritage and composition of petroleumscape) of Skikda (Algeria) in order to integrate them, under aegis of sustainable development, in the development strategy of its port-city interface.
In this regard, the sustainability of Skikda’s oil ports development scenarios will be assessed using the Boussole 21 a digital decision-making tool , as a manifestation of smart thinking, and for promoting the blue economy dominated by black gold in Skikda, in view of Skikda’s transition to a smart port city.
